Chairman & Founder:  Donald G. Konantz

Don Konantz has been in a leadership position of a franchisor operation for almost twenty five years and has served as Chairman of Colorworks since its inception.  As a university student, Don developed one of the first operations of College Pro Painters in the west and after two years joined the management team as Executive Vice President and developed College Pro to become the largest painting company in the world.   Don returned to school in 1989 to earn a masters degree in business from the Ivy Business School at the University of Western Ontario.  Don and his wife Catherine have 4 children.

After graduating from university with a BPhe, Kevin joined College Pro Painters and soon became Vice President.  After some years in this leadership position, he was on the founding team of Certa-Pro Painters, a full time commercial painting franchise system which has grown North America wide.  Kevin has also been involved in retail, owning and operating a 16,000 square foot, award winning hardware store for 8 years.  Kevin enjoys coaching and playing hockey and serves his local community as an active member of the Rotary Club.  Kevin and his wife Sandra have 2 children.

Paintless Dent Repair Training & Support: Mike McCutcheon

Mike joined Colorworks as a Partner for the Colorworks push into paintless dent removal.  Customers who use Colorworks often find that their car has dent damage as well so to respond to this, Colorworks relies on Mike McCutcheon to assist our team in the field in the removal of dents.

Mike and his wife Jodi have 3 children.  When not working, you'll find Mike strapped to a kite on one of the Great Lakes.

Master Partner: Mike Stringer

Mike joined Colorworks in 2005.  As a young man, Mike joined the armed forces and after several international postings, Mike moved to New England where he was a manager with Rent-A-Center overseeing several stores.  As Master Partner with Colorworks, he is responsible for the New England states.  Mike lives in New Hampshire where he has a growing multi van and shop operation.

Master Partner: Wayne A. Scherger 

Wayne joined Colorworks in 2005.  He has been involved with paint and franchising since 1981.  Wayne was an early franchisee in College Pro Painters and in 1995 he founded a residential and commercial painting operation called Protect Painters Development LLC.  Wayne has been a franchisee and franchisor and understands philosophies and skills that are needed to develop training and support programs for franchisees.
