Job Description





The Technician is the position most responsible for quality production of work in the Colorworks organization.  The Technician manages and

drives the demand for Colorworks services in a given territory. Customers and Accounts are to be managed such that they receive the

right amount of attention, and their satisfaction is paramount. Each account will have between 1 and 3 account contacts and these contacts

are to be nurtured, respected and serviced.  Quality is measured in two ways:



Service quality:



did we answer their direct phone call




  • did we show up on time


  • did we clearly set expectations for technical results


  • did we do what we said we would do, when promised


  • we're we respectful of their space and staff





overall: was I happy with the Colorworks service experience and, Technical quality:




  • did we prepare the surface smoothly


  • did we match the color


  • did we apply the primer, color coat and clear coat well






overall: was the job satisfactory



It is our objective that we strive for the highest ratings in service and technical quality.



The Technician is responsible for the management of existing accounts and the development of new accounts.  He/she has the greatest impact on quality, reputation and the goodwill Associated with the organization.
